Sulers "Lex" Chaiseree,78, of Antioch, TN passed away on 2/14/26. He is survived by his loving wife of over 45 years, Galayanee Chaiseree, daughter Kay Chaiseree Cordell and husband Daniel Sounthonevichith. He has several grandchildren: Rowan Cordell, Claire Cordell, Joey Sounthonevichith, Chandler Sounthonevichith, and a great granddaughter: Galayanee Cordell.
Lex loved walking miles daily, so much that rain nor sleet would stop him. His other loves included Elvis, karaoke, watching sports of all kinds, and took great pride in being a pillar of the Thai community. He also owned Wonton restaurant in Smyrna for over 20 years, serving the community and always at the front ready to welcome guests as family. Lex often helped others in need graciously.
During his illness, we learned much about him from all of the friends he made an impact on. He was a gracious, well loved, honorable man, that depending on who you asked, was even a prolific soccer player earlier in life!
Celebration of Life will be held on February 28, 2026 at noon at Lakeshore Christian Church: 5434 Bell Forge Lane East Antioch, TN 37013
Flowers are welcome but donations to Hope Kids of Middle TN in his name in honor of his special needs grandson are greatly appreciated
