Stephen Patrick McGuire, 67, of Nashville, TN, passed away suddenly on July 27, 2025. He was born on August 31, 1957, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to his mother Carole A. Schenck and his late father William P. McGuire.

Stephen proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked at Rebel Steel for 30 years. A man with a heart of gold, he was loved by all who knew him. He had a passion for music and traveling and collected countless memories and friendships along the way. Stephen was known for his kindness, warmth, and the way he made every person feel valued.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia R. McGuire, and their son, William Jake McGuire. He is also reunited in heaven with his beloved siblings David M. McGuire, Kathleen M. Waymire, and Michael J. McGuire. Stephen is survived by his loving mother, Carole Schenck; his siblings, Kellie E. McGuire-Cripe and Patrick J. McGuire; and many friends who will cherish his memory forever.

Stephen's last words to his mother reflected the faith and love that guided his life: "God loves us and will always be with us, protecting and guiding us."

He will be deeply missed, but the love he shared will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
