Phil Anthony Shockley (December 31,1959-June 5, 2025) passed away on Thursday afternoon around 2:30 pm at home in Madison, Tennessee surrounded by his wife and family. Phil attended Austin Peay University in 1980 and ended his employment career with Amazon in maintenance. Phil was always fun to be around, He enjoyed watching sports, playing cards and helping others when needed but most of all he loved his family. He will be missed by so many.
Phil is preceded in death by, Thurman and Henrietta Shockley, (grandparents) Howard F. Lusk (father) and Celeste Jones (daughter).
He is survived by his wife Debbie Shockley (Madison, TN), mother: Minnie Frances Tubbs (LaVergne, TN) mother-in-law: Patricia Henderson (Madison, TN) son: Justin Shockley (Sparta, TN) Siblings: Chris Lusk (Manchester TN), Troy (Juanita) Lusk, (Manchester, TN), Felita Bonilla,( McMinnville TN), Fondra Lusk (LaVergne, TN) and Richard (Marlena) Lusk (McMinnville, TN) grandchildren: Jamiza Jones and Amayah Young, brother -in-law: Eric (Dana) Simon (Madison, TN) sister-in-law: Cheryl King and Tammy Simon (Nashville, TN)

A memorial service for Phil will be Saturday June 14, 2025, 3:30 pm at Boyce Street Missionary Baptist Church 1620 Rosa L Parks Blvd. Nashville, TN
