Leake, Patricia Lentz of Old Hickory, TN, passed peacefully into the next life early Thursday morning March 27, 2025 at her home.

Mrs. Leake was born in Floyd Knobs, IN and was a long time resident of New Albany, IN prior to moving to Tennessee in 1964. She is now reunited with her beloved parents, Mildred and Benjamin Lentz; and sister, Jean Thompson of Indinapolis, IN.

Patti was a past member of the Donelson/Hermitage Jaycetts. She worked for many years at the Kroger warehouse and retired in 2002 from Galaxy Logistics to become a full time grandmother.  Patti spent many years volunteering for Meals on Wheels and at the Andrew Jackson Elementary School Library.  She attended Hermitage United Methodist Chuch and enjoyed her Sunday school group.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Leanne Leake (Erick) Kane and grandchildren Anna Marie Kane and William Benjamin Haile Kane of Old Hickory, TN.

Burial will be at Tunnel Hill Cemetery in Edwardsville, IN in early May.
