Michael "Mike" Allen Warpool, 69 of Antioch Tennessee, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2026, at Southern Hills Hospital due to complications from the flu, pneumonia, and septic shock.

Mike was born on July 23, 1956, in Nashville Tennessee, where he grew up alongside his three siblings. He began working at a young age and remained a dedicated worker until health issues led to his disability in 2008.

From childhood, Mike always had a special love for being around older people. In 2011, he was overjoyed to move into a high-rise community for seniors and individuals with disabilities. His family knew he would fit right in and truly thrive there, and he did. He formed many meaningful friendships and was very happy in his home.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Irene Warpool; his grandparents, Walter and Thelma Warpool and George and Rinda Goins; and his brother-in-law, David Garrett. He is survived by his three siblings; Paul (Rose) Warpool, Kathy Garrett, Darlene (Ralph) Panther; 11 nieces and nephews; and many, many friends who will miss him dearly.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
