George Rodriguez was born in Nuevo Laredo Mexico on Feb. 22, 1956. He was the oldest of Elvira Martinez and Oscar Rodriguez . George passed away peacefully on June 11. 2026 at 4:09pm in Gallatin TN. He was known for his style and personality. He was all about the present and having a good time and living life to the max. George is survived by his sister Elena Rodriguez, his Children Brenda Reid and George Rodriguez, his grandchildren Tomalic Reid, Maria Reid, Leavy Johnson Jr,  Lavonus Johnson, Gracie Rodriguez, Malee Rodriguez, Jolene Rodriguez  and 3 great grandkids. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to Gallatin Animal Shelter as my father had a love for animal especially Cats.

I would love to briefly thank all my fellow workers at Hickory Groves Post Acute nursing home in Gallatin TN for Caring for him. I would also love to say thank you to his Hospice nurse with adoration for going above and beyond.
